Elva talks about her early life in Huancavelica, Apurimac, and Lima before her journey to New York, where she taught Quechua and English to ongoing immigrants from Latin America. She also promoted the Andean fiesta, better known as Raymi, gathering Quechua/Kichua people and their descendants in New York.
